Michael started his career working in pubs then restaurants in the late 90s. He became passionate about vegan cooking when he started working at vegetarian/vegan café in Hertfordshire (England) in 2011. Very quickly he rose to Head Chef position and started his own business creating vegan and gluten free savouries and cakes which were sold to cafes, restaurants and at local markets in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. In 2015 he won a Great Taste Award for his much-loved vegan Carrot Cake. 

It was exciting to challenge myself to create bold flavours from plants and the added incentive was catering for our son who has allergies, ensuring he never misses out on what other kids can eat.
